Estimated retail value of this rifle is $2,000. 2nd Prize is a $1,000 Gift Card to Scheel’s in Meridian, Idaho. 3rd Prize is a Firearm’s Training Class of your choice by BC Firearms ($150 value).

We want to thank our Sponsors: Ada County Sheriff Employee’s Association for being our Non-Profit partner and custodian and distributor of the funds raised. Ada County Sheriff Employee’s Association is a non-profit organization serving the entire Ada County community. They provide support for employees of the Ada County Sheriff’s Office, as well as the community they live in. Their goal is to support viable programs and philanthropic events that better the lives of their citizens. They run their annual Shop With a Sheriff event where they pair deserving kids with local law enforcement to shop for clothes, shoes, and school supplies. We thank the ACSEA for supporting and facilitating the Deputy Tobin Bolter Memorial Raffle.

Patriot Pawn & Gun and the Joye family is grateful to donate the 1st Prize Winchester Model 94 John Wayne Commemorative Rifle in partnership with the Doerty Family of Star, Idaho and to lead this fundraising effort. Deputy Tobin Bolter was a customer and we spoke several times. I remember Tobin’s smile and his good spirit. I remember thinking “Wow, Ada County is getting great laterals/recruits. This guy is awesome. He’s exactly what you hope for in a local LEO.” He represents the best of us. To Abbey, our hearts break for you. We pray for your peace and healing and we pray for your unborn Child. We honor your husband’s memory. He was a good man.

Thank you to Tyler Halm, Store Manager of the new Scheel’s in Meridian, Idaho and the Scheel’s family. Tyler and Scheel’s immediately participated with a generous donation of a $1,000 Scheel’s Gift Card to help increase Raffle sales for the benefit of the Bolter family. Tyler and the Scheel’s family say they are honored to be a part of a Memorial Benefit for Deputy Tobin Bolter and they extend their prayers and condolences to Abbey and the Bolter family.
